Rotary die-cutting uses a solid engraved cylindrical tool designed to produce both simple and complex shapes, with features suited to different types of materials:

Rotary Die-Cutting Capabilities
Whether for simple adhesive die-cuts or more complex designs, our rotary die-cutting equipment enables:
- Back slitting
- Finger lift: a non-adhesive gripping area that makes the release liner easier to remove
- Neutralization of adhesive areas
- Multi-tool registration for overlapping shapes
- Perforated cut-to-length processing, roll-to-roll, with kiss cutting or through cutting for individual parts
- Part chopping: rough cutting and rapid separation of parts
- Stations capable of accommodating tools with up to 210 teeth, equivalent to a circumference of nearly 660 mm
- Tolerances of up to ±0.15 mm, depending on the material
- Part inspection using a vision system
The rotary die-cutting process can produce a wide variety of shapes from different flexible to semi-rigid adhesive materials: single- or double-sided adhesives, protective films, masking papers, fibreglass fabrics, aluminium, Velcro® or 3M™ Dual Lock™.

Round, Transparent Adhesive Pads
These gel adhesive pads are specially designed for the indoor and outdoor mounting of signage and small panels made from PVC, PC, PMMA, ABS, metal, and aluminium. Adhesion is lower on low-surface-energy materials such as PP and PE.
Pad diameter: 19 mm – Foam density: 800 g/m²
