- In-house design, manufacturing, and maintenance of some of our rotary presses : our equipment is designed to be repairable, reconfigurable, and scalable, extending its service life and avoiding the import of new equipment

- Our responsible procurement policy aims to incorporate—in addition to traditional factors such as quality and price—environmental, social, and ethical criteria into our purchasing decisions in order to minimize our impact on the planet and promote a sustainable economy.

To demonstrate our commitment to CSR, the Rubans de Normandie production site is certified by EcoVadis, one of the world’s leading CSR rating platforms. This assessment allows us to:
- Measure our performance and identify areas for improvement
- Compare our practices to the highest international standards
- Strengthen our credibility with our customers and partners
OUR RESULTS :
- SILVER Medal in 2022, followed by GOLD in 2023 and 2024 (overall score of 73/100, ranking in the top 5% of assessed companies)
- An Environmental score of 80/100, reflecting our strong commitment to the planet
- Bronze Medal in 2025 (score of 65/100) for the RUBANS Group. This was the first assessment conducted under the new group scope.
The scope of the analysis is much broader, incorporating additional data and more stringent evaluation criteria.
Our overall score of 65/100 places us among the top 35% of companies internationally and in the top 13% of our sector. - The Expérience Industries entity, for its part, was evaluated for the first time in 2025.
This award marks the first step in a process of continuous improvement, and we are integrating these processes into our quality management system.
